Nordic Walking can be digital: e-poles is the name of the platform that allows you to record and monitor movement during Nordic Walking sessions. With the distinction between the right and left arm, thanks to the use of poles characterized by the digital system, it is possible to have angular data, time and much more to understand and improve your training or that of your students according to the goal.
